Law № 3482 – RS – the law of Microfinance Organizations was put in force in – 18.07.2006 and is validate – 27.07.2006. With the correction in- 26.10.2009

Receiver: Parliament refers to enterprises and is published in the "Matsne" №30 27.07.2006 I part. Article 1 -Purpose of the Law Purpose of the present Law shall be legal regulation of activities of Microfinance Organizations operating in Georgia and creation of sound environment for their development.
